Groundskeeper/Housekeeper

Property management company looking for full time groundskeeper and housekeeper to add to our leasing and maintenance team This position must be flexible to travel within western Cuyahoga and Lorain counties on a regular basis – mileage is included in the compensation package.

Daily Responsibilities include:

· Inspect exterior grounds daily and clean up trash

· Inform senior management of needed services and repairs

· Common area cleaning – interior of buildings – dust, vacuum, mop, general cleaning

· Snow shoveling, snow blowing, and salt application during winter months

· Some minor landscaping work during the spring and summer, leaf clean up in the fall

· Must be physically able to bend and flex per the job requirements and be able to lift 50 lbs independently – this is a physically demanding job, heavy lifting is routine work

The right person can work independently, report to their supervisors in a timely manner, complete job responsibilities on time, and be dependable to report to work daily. This is generally a Monday- Friday job during normal business hours, however, a mixed schedule of weekend and weekday hours is possible for someone dependable. Reliable transportation is a must We are looking for long term employment and someone who enjoys a steady work pace.
