We are seeking a licensed Esthetician who is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best and is committed to providing outstanding client experiences. They will also be willing to be cross trained, work a flexible schedule, and possess a strong, independent work ethic.

Full/Part Time Available @ $17-$25 / hour plus tips.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their skincare concerns then provide informative guidance on our range of services and products based on client's individual needs.
  • Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microneedling.
  • Ensure all treatments are performed in accordance with Gorgeous Glow protocols & best practice industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate & detailed client records. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing all of their concerns & questions they may have.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • A commitment to the success of Gorgeous Glow and a willingness to contribute to our growth.
  • Assist with administrative & other spa tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Current & Valid esthetician license in the state of Michigan
  • Energetic & Outgoing Personality
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to maintain client relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Strong Social Media & Marketing Skills
  • Ability & willingness to upsell skin care products, advanced treatments & other spa services
  • Availability to work evenings & weekends based on business needs.
