Are you a Clinical (Medical) Manual Soft Tissue Therapist who enjoys solving soft tissue issues and building a treatment plan around your assumptions? Start or continue your Massage Therapy career with us Want to work in a professional, collaborative clinic with real soft tissue cases? Start out full-time or start as part-time and grow into a full-time opportunity as demand grows. This is NOT a contract or 1099 position.

Our therapists can earn as much as $55,000 per year (FT) and get paid for downtime, holidays, PTO, and training. New AAS degree graduates welcome In-house and CEU training provided.

We provide clinical, medical, focused care. We only offer real, evidence-based, focused, detailed, necessary, manual soft tissue care (massage therapy) for clients with trauma, injury, chronic issues, and sport performance issues.

What we expect from you (Responsibilities):

  • Welcome clients, check-in, check-out, and sometimes collect payments for sessions.
  • Perform clinical/medical massage therapy sessions for clients.
  • Perform detailed in-take and capture detailed SOAP notes for each session.
  • Manage own schedule and fulfill commitments made.
  • Know how or learn to write simple SOAP Notes.
  • Commit to working one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Assist in marketing and new client acquisition.
  • Assist in building a larger referral network with other practitioners.
  • Perform general clinic tasks when not in session (sanitize, fold laundry, clean, etc.).
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.

If you are our IDEAL candidate, you ...

  • Will have obtained a massage therapy degree or certificate which includes at least 500 hours training from a reputable, accredited massage therapy school. (Degree preferred).
  • Know your anatomy and physiology and have GREAT palpation skills.
  • Follow directions and adhere to clinic protocols and treatment guidelines.
  • Can think critically and create a treatment plan for client's recovery.
  • Want to learn new things and contribute ideas for better client care.
  • Are excited to take continuing-education training individually and as provided by us.
  • Can pass a background check for St. Paul licensing (we cover costs).
  • Are interested in working in an evidence-based practice using clinical procedures and techniques.
  • Are able to write concise SOAP Notes including spelling and punctuation.
  • Have or will obtain NCBTMB Certification within 6-months.
  • Will have reliable transportation.
  • Are a self-starter and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Are a team player and willing to help fellow therapists.
  • Embrace being reliable, ethical, and honest with clients and teammates, and uphold commitments made.
