Job Description: As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and securing new clients for our website development services. This is a commission-only position with a generous commission structure, offering unlimited earning potential for those who excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Present and promote our website development services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of website development and digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for sales and technology.
