Outside Sales Representative

We are in the process of expanding our team and seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Eden Prairie and the neighboring regions. This role presents the opportunity for swift income escalation and progression based on demonstrated mastery of our procedures. Compensation:$80,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:- Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life
- Utilize our continuous training materials and stay up-to-date with our revenue targets
- Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
- Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, sales tours, and networking in the local community
- Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Experience establishing trust and rapport quickly
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire
