Job Description:

As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the financial assets and liabilities of our organization. You will be responsible for monitoring cash flow, analyzing financial data, and executing strategies to optimize liquidity, mitigate financial risks, and maximize returns on investments. Collaborating closely with internal teams such as finance, accounting, and risk management, you will provide insights and recommendations to support effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cash Management: Monitor daily cash positions, forecast cash flows, and execute cash movements to ensure optimal liquidity management.
  2. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to assess liquidity, evaluate investment opportunities, and identify risks.
  3. Investment Management: Execute investment strategies, manage investment portfolios, and assess the performance of investment vehicles.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, measure, and mitigate financial risks such as interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and credit risk.
  5. Bank Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with financial institutions, negotiate banking services, and optimize banking structures.
  6. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, prepare treasury reports, and assist with internal and external audits.
  7. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate treasury processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of treasury management systems and financial instruments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus.
