Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that align with company goals.
  • Write, edit, and distribute content, including press releases, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Monitor media coverage and handle media inquiries.
  • Organize and manage internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Track and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotional activities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and graphic design software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
