Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience, 5+ preferred
  • Experience managing mitigation projects (residential/commercial)
  • Ability to follow direction
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background screening
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with or ability to learn mitigation documentation

 

 When you will work

  • Work Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 PM
  • OT as needed

 

 Essential Functions 

  • Direct a crew to perform job duties inline this industry standards
  • Responsible for documentation on a jobsite
  • Responsible for Quality Control on a jobsite
  • Responsible for safety on a jobsite
  • Responsible for communication during the mitigation process with the customer/ project manager/mitigation supervisor.
  • Complete assigned restoration work at the highest standards of quality
  • Complete all assignments in a timely manner
  • Participate and respond as scheduled to the company’s 24/7 on-call coverage to respond to any/all emergency work and respond if available when needed for larger emergencies.
  • Operate company vehicle
  • Follow safety standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions

This position is generally exposed to normal hazards associated with the construction environment.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

 

The employee will work in many different environments – hot, cold, wet, moist, dirty, clean, and odors.  Ability to work in and about sometimes soiled, unclean and unsanitary building/facility structures after same areas have been confirmed safe (from any/all health hazard) to occupy after smoke fumes, soot, soil, water, etc. damage occurrences.  Must be able to work in inclement/adverse weather conditions, 12-months/year.

 

Must be able to work with chemicals (mostly normal, biodegradable, basic cleaning products, but should not be chemically sensitive).  The employee will occasionally wear personal protective equipment (ear plugs, goggles, safety glasses, Tyvek suits, high visibility clothing, gloves, hard hats, respirators, etc.). 

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  This position is a safety-sensitive position, a job or work duty in which an employee’s performance of the job impacts the safety of themselves or others. The term includes jobs where performing a task poorly or failure to perform it at all could result in a safety incident.  This employee is considered to be performing a safety-sensitive function during any period in which he or she is actually performing, ready to perform, or immediately available to perform such job functions, i.e., driving company vehicles and using any tools, equipment, machinery, etc.
