development and support of our Salesforce CRM platform.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, facilitating knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
  • Analyze and understand business requirements to develop effective Salesforce and middleware integration solutions.
  • Manage complete lifecycle of the Salesforce systems - from design, coding,testing to debugging and documentation.
  • Monitor system integrations regularly to ensure their robustness and optimal performance.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, Project Managers, and Operations.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in Salesforce integrations and middleware technologies, and implement these learnings when appropriate Lead the execution of large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to timeline and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and middleware integrations.
  • Hold Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Integration Architecture Designer, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams.
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture, API services, and system integrations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills
  • Expertise in middleware technologies and integration tools such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Dell Boomi, and others.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations with middleware systems
    using web services, REST API, and/or SOAP API.
  • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plus.
  • Able to learn new technologies rapidly and implement them in the system as required
