Hollywood Branded is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Assistant. If you LOVE, LOVE, LOVE pop culture and get equally or more excited about ads than the Super Bowl game, this opportunity is perfect for you If you're a sales superstar with a passion for pop culture marketing, we have the perfect role for you at Hollywood Branded. As a Marketing and Sales Assistant, you will support our sales and marketing teams in various tasks, including researching potential brand clients, managing critical brand client data, communicating effectively with brand clients and team members, utilizing HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales to manage leads, and collaborating with colleagues from different departments to achieve business goals. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, research skills, and brand client service abilities will be crucial to your success.

We excel in building branded pop culture-driven partnerships through Product Placement, Celebrity Endorsement, and Influencer Marketing for clients worldwide. Your Super Powers Include

  • Strong research skills: The ability to identify and target potential brand clients effectively.
  • Marketing knowledge: A fundamental understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Creativity: The ability to come up with unique and innovative ideas for effective brand campaigns.
  • Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for developing and executing marketing campaigns and maintaining client relationships.
  • Project management abilities: The capacity to multitask, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • A team player attitude: Collaborating with colleagues from different departments to achieve business goals.
  • Technology proficiency: Familiarity with software such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales, Microsoft Office/Teams, Canva, Zoom, Monday, and social media platforms.
  • Organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail when developing and executing accurate and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changes in the market, client needs, and project requirements.
  • Industry knowledge: Knowledge of the entertainment industry, pop culture trends, and consumer behavior (a plus).
