We are seeking a full-time Manufacturing Technician to help produce our high-demand and high-quality products for civil aircraft, uncrewed aerial systems (UAS), and defense. Attention to detail is a must to work in our FAA approved manufacturing facility.
Required Skills:
- Must have a self-starter attitude, taking initiative with each project
- Excellent motor skills and dexterity with small components
- Ability to check for defects and perform in-process inspection
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Duties require a 50/50 mix of sitting and standing
Preferred Skills:
- Soldering experience
- Experience with inspection equipment micrometers, calipers, height gauges
- Understanding of multimeters and/or oscilloscopes
- Ability to read PCB schematics
- Technical writing or process documentation
- Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9001 manufacturing
Physical demands:

Standing or walking
Lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Type: Full-time (onsite)
Work Location: Onsite in the Columbia Falls, MT area
Expected hours: 40 per week, Monday through Friday
