We are searching for a Full-Time Pizza Cook who will be responsible for preparing food in accordance with club recipes and standards and focus on creating memorable experience for our members through cooking pizza using our woodfire oven. This would be a perfect position for someone who enjoys working at an action station and interacting with members and guests.

Qualifications to join our team as Pizza Cook:


  • Current Maricopa Food Handler's Card required
  • Culinary degree is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury private club, resort, or fine dining restaurant
  • Ability to cross train and perform duties of all culinary positions such as grill, sauté, pastry, and basic food prep
  • Ability to read recipes and follow instructions


Schedule

  • Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, holidays as necessary
  • We are closed Christmas eve evening and all day Christmas
