As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $65,000 to $150,000 per year, based on experience and performance. In addition to competitive pay, we provide our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan options, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Hyundai vehicles
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives with potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals while providing exceptional customer service
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all current inventory and dealership promotions
- Adhere to all dealership policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities
- Proficient with technology and digital platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
