Tour Coordinator

The Tour Coordinator responds to all forms of requests for programs, tours, meetings, and conferences. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating the VC calendar; coordinating with protocol and VIP tour teams in codes 100 and 130; handling all tour scheduling and coordination; working closely with security personnel to ensure adherence to security protocols; reviews and drafts correspondence to provide program information; creating daily agendas and coordinating staff schedules to support tours/programs; coordinating additional speakers, tour stops, or bus requests for non-standard tours.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating VC social media with the Office of Communications; providing monthly reports on promotions and tour gap analysis; providing technical, audio/visual, and logistical support to groups using the facility; assisting with special programs and events; and providing support for front desk as needed.
