Job Summary:
Patriot CDJR of Tulsa is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position in the auto industry located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to maximize your earning potential while being a part of a reputable and growing dealership.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Listen to customers' wants and needs to help them find the perfect vehicle
- Perform test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate and finalize sales while maintaining profit margins
- Keep up-to-date on vehicle knowledge, features, and industry trends
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and promote future business
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
