Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualize and Execute Design:
    • Translate conceptual ideas into visually appealing designs for websites, email campaigns, and banner creatives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with project goals and overall marketing strategy.
  2. Consumer-Centric Approach:
    • Leverage consumer marketing expertise to create engaging designs that resonate with our target audience.
    • Infuse creativity into every project to elicit excitement and foster strong consumer engagement with our products.
  3. Mobile Responsive Design:
    • Demonstrate proficiency in designing for various devices, ensuring seamless and intuitive experiences across mobile platforms.
  4. HTML Proficiency:
    • Utilize HTML skills to implement and code responsive designs, ensuring the seamless integration of design concepts into functional websites.
  5. Innovative Problem Solving:
    • Approach design challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, constantly seeking innovative ways to enhance user experiences.
  6. Stay Abreast of Design Trends:
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, including HTML advancements, to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI web designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful consumer marketing projects.
  • Proficiency in HTML for web development.
  • Experience using industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
  • Solid understanding of mobile responsive design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
