As you dive into your duties, you'll find yourself amidst a symphony of sizzling pans and delectable aromas. You'll be the unsung hero, ensuring that every plate, utensil, and pot is spotlessly clean and ready for the next culinary masterpiece.
As the rhythm of the kitchen picks up, you'll swiftly tackle the mountain of dishes, efficiently washing, sanitizing, and organizing them. You'll lend a helping hand to the culinary team, engaging in some light food prep tasks like chopping fresh produce or portioning ingredients. Your keen eye for cleanliness will be evident as you meticulously maintain the kitchen's sparkling appearance, ensuring all surfaces are gleaming, floors are spotless, and trash receptacles are emptied promptly.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
To be considered for the position of Kitchen Dishwasher, you should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Reliable and punctual, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings to accommodate our busy shifts.
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
As a full-time Kitchen Dishwasher, you'll work approximately five shifts per week, including weekday evenings and weekend day/evening shifts. Our restaurant is located in Buffalo, NY, offering a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere for you to thrive in.
