Construction Helper

The Construction Helper will assist skilled tradespeople and site supervisors with various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

$13 - $15 hourly

• Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including the removal of debris and materials.
• Load and unload construction materials and tools from trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Perform basic construction tasks, such as digging trenches, setting up scaffolding, and operating hand and power tools.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment at all times.
• Support skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, by providing tools, materials, and assistance as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor or project manager.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
• Previous experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.
