- 10+ years of leadership in software platform development, preferably in consumer electronics

- Strong communication and leadership skills


Responsibilities:

- Lead full stack and embedded software teams for consumer product delivery

- Drive continuous improvement in delivering customer experiences


Qualifications that are helpful:

- Ability to conduct code walk-throughs and spot-check software

- Global team management across multiple regions

- Track record of meeting schedules and delivery milestones

- Experience with embedded platforms (Qualcomm, STMicro, NXP, etc.)

- Knowledge of Android and iOS ecosystems

- Skill in managing fixed and flexible resources globally

- Proven ability to recruit and develop software talent

- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
