Position Summary:

Prep Cook/Packagers will prepare ingredients for cooking, hand package and label food, wash dishes and utensils, and ensure that the kitchen is clean, stocked, and that our products and practices meet all food safety and general safety requirements.

Duties include food preparation, packaging, labeling, kitchen cleaning, dishwashing and customer service.

Location: 740 East 7th Street, Saint Paul, MN 55106

Schedule: Friday - Monday: 9am - 5pm. Current shifts available may vary and can include day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.

Who We're Looking For...

  • 1+ years' experience working in a commercial kitchen
  • Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment
  • Basic knife skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate
  • Ability to show up each day ready to contribute to your team, store, and community
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates a positive, adaptable, and flexible attitude with a strong commitment to being a team player

  • Food Safety Certification

Physical and Working Requirements:
