As a Training Content Specialist, you will support our organization through creating and designing engaging training content for team members. This role is ideal for professionals who have core skills in instructional design and are looking to apply their knowledge in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to the creation of innovative learning solutions while also advancing your skills through mentorship and learning support.


On a typical day, here's what you'll be working on:

· Developing training materials to create and update engaging instructional materials tailored to various learning styles, including digital and printed resources.

· Using curriculum design to collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and refine training curricula that meet specific learning objectives and business goals.

· Completing training needs analysis to assist in the assessment of departmental or role-based training needs to support the design of effective training programs.

· Utilize Learning Technologies, tools, and platforms to create straightforward e-learning modules and support materials.

· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback from program participants to gauge the effectiveness of training materials and to make necessary adjustments.

· Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure that training content is aligned with overall business strategies and learner needs.


Requirements:

· 2– 3 years of experience in instructional design or educational content creation.

· Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, related fields or equivalent working experience

· Experienced working with standard instructional design and authoring tools and software, such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Canva and/or Adobe solutions.

· Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing workload.

· Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities with a positive attitude to get the work completed and meet deadlines.

· High level of verbal and written communication skills
