Job summary


The practitioners role is to service the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective assisted stretching techniques and creation of a long-term customer loyalty. This is a hands on position, you must be comfortable touching clients.

Part of the duties required of a practitioner is to maintain and contribute to the culture of Stretch Zone. We at Stretch Zone work as a team. All team members are expected to clean and maintain the store. Everyone is expected to contribute to client retention. This culture is a foundation of Stretch Zone and will contribute to the overall success of each location. This will help us provide the very best service and atmosphere for all of our clients. This is a non-exempt position.

Compensation
$16-$18 per hour
Paid in house stretching certification and training provided.

If selected all trainees must pass a week of training where they will learn and test out on our modalities.

Essential duties and responsibilities


Must be able to perform Practitioner Assisted stretching without limitation
Maintain a personal commitment to meeting the needs of customers.
Comply with the scheduling as directed by the General Manager, Opening schedule for all stretch sessions as agreed upon during initial onboarding. Subject to change as demand increases or decreases.
Available for nights and weekends (2 Saturday per month minimum a)nd Sundays where applicable
Maintain a positive attitude at all times when working with clients.
Dress professionally and maintain proper hygiene according to current dress code standards as highlighted in the company handbook.
Contribute to the team environment
Must be comfortable contacting customers for proactive schedule management.
Must adhere to downtime policies
Clock-in and out as required in the handbook
Must arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the shift to prepare for clients and to clean the studio
Ask clients for reviews and renewals
Perform 30/60/90 ROMs
Attend/call in for weekly staff meetings
Continuing education participation as directed by GM

Required knowledge skills and abilities:


Must be able to manage time effectively
Must be proficient in Stretch Zone techniques, processes and procedures
Must be able to effectively service and maintain client base
Responsible to contact lost sheep MIA clients
Participate in offsite marketing events / pop ups per GM
Making Phone Calls as needed for Client Management
Must be proficient in basic front desk duties
Wear FUN socks and HAVE FUN
