Addison Group is seeking a Billing Specialist for our client located in San Antonio, Texas This contract-to-hire opportunity pays up to $17 per hour depending on applicable experience.

Responsibilities:

· Process a high volume of Bill of Lading (BOL) documents daily.

· Collaborate effectively with a team of 9 other billing clerks to ensure smooth operations.

· Adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet established productivity targets.

· Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, including 10 Key and VLookups.

· Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all billing processes.

· Communicate effectively with team members and other departments as necessary.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or accounting-related role

· Proficiency and accuracy in 10 Key

· Working knowledge of Excel (including VLookUps)

· Prior experience working in Billing is a plus, but not required
