Our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Home and Community Program is dedicated to providing evidence-based services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We achieve this through a partnership with parents and other professionals involved in the children's lives.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA programs.
- Collect data on client progress and provide regular updates to the supervising BCBA.
- Utilize a variety of materials and stimuli to encourage skill acquisition, learning, behavior modification, and positive reinforcement.
- Collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure the child's needs are being met effectively.

Perks and Benefits:
- PTO Weekly Accrual for ALL STAFF (Start accruing on day 1)
- Benefit Package offered to Full-Time Employees (30+ hours per week)
- Bonus Structures
- BCBA Internship Program
- RBT CEU Access and Continued ABA Training Opportunities (offered during client/family vacations/absences)

- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation (we do not transport clients), and up-to-date insurance
- Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors
- Experience with EMR systems for data collection and medical records (Central Reach/Rethink/Catalyst)

Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain and/or complete CPR/BLS certification (if applicable)
- TRICARE Certification Preferred
- Passionate about driving change and supporting independent growth
- Desire to be a positive influence in the community and in the lives of the clients Little Leaf ABA Therapy serves
