Position Overview: We are seeking a flexible and experienced Nurse Practitioner for a part-time to full-time 1099 position in Spokane, WA. The role involves providing exceptional medical care, with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on patient load.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Compensation:

  • Part-Time: $500 per shift (2-3 days per week).
  • Full-Time: $170,000 annually with a 20% RVU bonus upon reaching 13 patients.
  • No mileage reimbursement.


Qualifications:

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Washington.
  • Board certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
