We are looking for an exceptional Technical Product Marketing Manager Intern to join our growing team (Product-Led Growth). In this role, you will assist with the launch of products, and programs to drive awareness, engagement, and usage of Workato. You will be joining a team that will drive a technical product content strategy to help our prospects and customers understand what is possible with Workato's enterprise automation platform. You will help the technical product marketing team execute on this strategy by creating compelling demo environments, writing technical communications, and scaling processes with an automation first mindset.
In this role, you will also be responsible to:
Craft robust automations in Workato to enable compelling demos
Articulate the value of Workato through product focused blog posts, demo videos, and webinars
Work cross functionally with other teams to create seamless product launches
Develop and document best practices for product marketing communications
Enable sales and customer success on new product functionality
Manage internal and external content through Highspot
Help the team scale by incorporating automated workflows
Intermediate understanding of programming with proficiency in at least one language (Java, Javascript, Python, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Automation and Integration
Excellent communication skills with experience writing both technical and business documents
Strong ability to collaborate with others throughout the company across international time zones
Able to work independently and efficiently to hit short deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Thoughtful team player, a quick learner, and have a "can do" attitude with a growth mindset
