Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain premium guest experience.
  • Serve as the main contact regarding any issues or concerns during scheduled shifts.
  • Supervise kitchen and kiosk operation to ensure proper cleanliness, food handling and management, guest service, speed of service, etc.
  • Serve as on-site facilitator to onboarding team members for orientation, training, on-job training, and performance tracking
  • Provide an excellent guest experience
  • Manage the kiosk and kitchen operation assigned in guest service, order fulfillment, and cooking procedures
  • Monitoring clean workstations, food handling, and sanitation standards for responsible team members
  • Coordinate food inventory management in day-to-day operation
  • Ensure Team Members are handling guest orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance
  • Uphold food health and safety procedures
  • Assist Manager and Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage in day-to-day operations
  • Analyze team member performance and assist in implementing plans, procedures, and strategies to further team member development.
  • Reporting of daily operations, incidents, accidents, and occurrences of damage.
  • Work alongside the company’s mission, vision statement, purpose statement, and values.
  • Analyze process workflow, team member and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
  • Ensure that company policies are enforced. Participate in company safety initiatives and develop robust action plans to address safety issues in the area of responsibility.
  • Professionally handle emergency situations and make sound judgment decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must have a valid Georgia Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to follow all policies and procedures.
  • Excellent mathematical, multitasking, and computer skills
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to continuous change and growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple initiatives.
  • Must possess a positive attitude and reflection of our CHAMPIONS values.

Work Environment:

  • Work areas may be in outdoor or inside facilities, meaning weather elements may affect surroundings. Most work takes place in an outdoor setting in a variety of weather conditions while standing, walking, bending, and lifting for long periods of time. Employee may operate a variety of small and medium equipment on a regular basis.
