As a Die Repair Professional (also known as Tool/Die/Mold Repair Specialist, Manufacturing Maintenance Technician), you'll be responsible for the repair and maintenance of dies, molds, and tools used in the manufacturing process. You'll perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify issues, collaborate with production teams for efficient operation of equipment, and carry out preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Tool/Die/Mold Repair.
  • Prior experience working in a Manufacturing or Foundry Environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on the 2nd/3rd shift as required.
