We have phenomenal SLP opportunity at one of our partner SNF facilities. The team is collaborative and patient-focused, with a flexible DOR who supports clinicians.

We are looking for SLPs who:

  • possess a variety of clinical competencies and the drive to continually learn and improve

Requirements for this position:

  • Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state where the Skilled Nursing Facility is located.

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

    • Previous experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or with geriatric populations is preferred.

    • Strong knowledge of speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

    • Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress effectively.

    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a diverse healthcare team and educate patients and families.

    • Empathy, patience, and a client-centered approach in working with elderly or disabled individuals.

    • Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation software.

Pay for this position: $52 per hour with benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, etc.)

Plus a $1000 sign on bonus (paid after 90 days of employment)
