We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Auto Detailer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a thorough understanding of cleaning and detailing techniques, and the ability to maintain the appearance of our vehicles to the highest standards. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth within our organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Thoroughly clean and detail both new and used vehicles inside and out, including washing, waxing, and polishing.
- Vacuum and shampoo upholstery and carpets; clean and condition leather or fabric interiors.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure a spotless finish.
- Perform engine cleaning and detailing as necessary.
- Inspect each vehicle for any damage or imperfections and report findings to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Use appropriate tools and products safely and effectively.
- Follow dealership policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to meet customer needs and satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a similar role preferred but not neccessary.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
