RESPONSIBILITIES

● Oversee elements of preschool and progressive gymnastics as well as parkour programs

● Plan and manage Dahl (La Crosse) gymnastics facility, events, clinics and classes

● Plan and coordinate special events

● Assist in the hiring, leading, and training process for part-time parkour and gymnastics staff

● Build relationships with all gymnastics and parkour participants and families

● Work closely with the Gymnastics Director to provide quality gymnastics and parkour programming

● Must have experience with the sport of gymnastics

● Knowledge of both recreational and competitive gymnastics

● Willingness to obtain and maintain USA Gymnastics certification

● Ability to lift equipment up to 70lbs and spot gymnasts up to 130 pounds

● Knowledge and experience in all aspects of tumbling & apparatus work, working with children and organizing classes

● Experience in supervising and leading a team is preferred
