Job Summary
  • As a Mad Scientist, you will lead students through an inquiry-based discovery method involving instructor demonstrations, hands-on activities, and amazing take-home projects that will illustrate how science affects the world around us. Mad Science is the worlds leading provider of fun science programs for elementary-aged children.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitating a one-hour workshop, or multi-hour/multi-day camp using a pre-set curriculum
  • Each session is high-energy. Its part entertainment, part education, through a hands-on class or camp
  • Enjoy teaching children the fascinating wonders of science

Qualifications
  • Some experience working with groups of elementary age (5-12) children (such as CCD instructor or camp counselor).
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • A reliable car and valid drivers license.
  • Fun and outgoing personality
  • Complete a background check.
