Physician for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta

This is a wonderful opportunity for a pediatrician to join a well established specialty practice (PEMA) and work in the emergency departments of the Wellstar Health System located in the west and northwest suburbs of Atlanta, GA. Full Time, working 9 or 10-hour shifts - 14–16  days per month.

  • Practice pediatric emergency medicine  in suburban emergency departments

Qualifications 

  • Board eligible/certified in general pediatrics 
  • License to practice medicine in the state of Georgia
  • Current DEA registration
  • PALS and ATLS certifications

Day to Day

  • Provide high-quality and efficient care within the respective clinical areas
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records in a timely manner
  • Participate in meetings/activities as required to support the business and clinical operations of PEMA
