Role Summary:
As an Hourly Team Member at our cloud kitchen in Dallas, TX, you will play a key role in preparing and delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences. You will work in various kitchen roles, maintaining our standards and contributing to a positive team environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation and Quality:

    • Prepare and assemble food items according to gusto recipes and standards.

    • Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.

    • Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed.

  • Operational Support:

    • Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and proper storage of ingredients.

    • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

    • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment (preferred).

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
