As a CNC Programmer/Machining Technician (also known as CNC Operator, Machining Specialist), you'll be responsible for programming CNC equipment, developing machining processes for new products, and driving continuous improvements in quality, safety, and cost reductions. You'll also specify tooling, demonstrate capable machining processes, and provide collaborative communication between cross-functional departments.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in implementing machining processes and tooling used in production machining.
  • Experience in generating G-code CNC programs using CAM software (proficiency in Esprit CAM is a plus) and operating machinery for program prove out and test cuts.
  • Excellent organizational skills as well as written and oral communication skills.
