Job Brief

We are looking for a prep cook. The ideal candidate should be calm, flexible, and able to work through high-volume lines while providing the best customer service possible.

 

Responsibilities

  • Refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties.
  • Prep food for daily service and catering events including slicing deli meats, preparing house-made salads, vegetable prep, etc.
  • Understands and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods,
    quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
  • Inform Kitchen Manager immediately of product shortages.
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, walls grills,
    broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and
    refrigeration equipment
  • Helping team members
  • Answering customer questions
