BMW wash bay staff members are responsible for upholding the integrity and reputation of the dealership by providing exemplary vehicle cleaning services to our clientele. The detail staff also serves as a launch pad for many other positions within the dealership; previous wash bay employees have become technicians, service advisors, and sales advisors after demonstrating exceptional work ethic while employed in this position. Please read the below list of responsibilities and necessary attributes and ensure you meet all requirements before applying:

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean the exterior of every vehicle entering the wash rack
• Vacuum interior carpets and seats
• Clean tires and rims
• Move vehicles from the wash rack to other lots and vice versa
• Work with service advisors and shop staff to appropriately prepare cars for clients
• Ensure every vehicle re-delivered to clients after service is exceedingly clean and presentable

Qualifications

• Clean DMV record and valid Driver’s License
• Clean drug and background check
• Flexible days/hours (including Saturdays)
• Attention to detail
