Sandstone Care is a leading provider of evidence-based treatment programs for teens and young adults in Denver, Colorado. Our holistic approach addresses not only the symptoms of addiction and mental health issues, but also the underlying causes, such as trauma, family dynamics, social pressures, and co-occurring disorders.

As an Admissions Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients and their families. You will:

  • Handle new inbound calls, inquiries, web form submissions, and web-based chats, and provide them with information, support, and resources to help them access life-saving treatment.
  • Use your communication skills to build rapport, assess their needs, overcome objections, and guide them through the admissions process.
  • Follow up with existing Sandstone Care clients and assist our therapists with client placement before, during, and after their treatment programs.

Qualifications

To be eligible for the admissions Coordinator role at Sandstone Care, you must have the following qualifications:

  • Experience in a metrics-driven environment: You can work in a fast-paced and data-driven environment, where you monitor and improve your performance based on key metrics.
  • Proficiency in various computer systems: You can use various computer systems and software, such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), billing software, medical health records systems, and Office Suite.
  • You can communicate effectively and persuasively in both written and verbal English.
  • Experience meeting Monthly KPIs: You have a track record of achieving and exceeding your performance goals.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center OR sales environment You have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing OR sales driven role, where you have demonstrated your ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and overcome objections.

The following qualifications are preferred, but not required:

  • Admissions experience: You have previous admissions experience in the substance use and mental health field.
  • Educational background: You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent education.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Shift Differentials:
    • Late Shift - $2/hour = Monday-Friday 7pm - 6am
    • Weekend Shift - $2/hour = Saturday-Sunday 6am - 7pm
    • Late Weekend Shift - $3/hour = Saturday-Sunday 7pm - 6am
  • $1-2/Hour Post-Hire Performance Based Raises Available
