  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Reliable Transportation and have a valid Drivers License
  • Pass a background check
Are you looking for an opportunity to positively impact childrens lives? Soccer Shots is the #1 Childrens Fitness franchise in the country, with over 200 franchises across the U.S. and Canada. Working with children is something we dont take lightly, and its imperative that you not only enjoy working with children, but that you are incredibly passionate about it. We provide best-in-class childrens soccer program with a focus on character development, for ages 2-8. We also look to develop motor skills and teamwork. Our goal is simple: leave a lasting, positive impact on every child (whom we refer to as friends) we serve. We want Soccer Shots to be the BEST 30 - 45 minutes of each friends week.

  • Every Soccer Shots Coach gets trained and certified through a comprehensive program based on early childhood education principles
  • We make sure our coaches stay at the top of their game through ongoing training and evaluations.

  • Soccer Shots is an international franchise, where many owners started out as coaches.
  • Soccer Shots Coaches strive to make a positive impact on the children we coach on a daily basis.
Sessions run from Monday through Friday, along with weekend mornings. There is some flexibility in scheduling; meaning that if there are some mornings or afternoons where you arent available, we can work around that. However, once your schedule is set with us, it wont change. Youll be at the same locations at the same times each week, and we need you to be committed for the entire season.
