Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Analyst to join our client's support team at Nissan. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based near Franklin, TN, as occasional on-site visits will be required. This role involves managing support tickets, troubleshooting issues related to vehicle configuration, admin portals, and services like Sirius XM, and ensuring smooth communication with the Level 3 support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize support tickets, escalating issues to the Level 3 team as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vehicle configurations and various admin portals, including Sirius XM.
- Utilize Excel for data checking and analysis related to vehicle information.
- Maintain organized records and manage personal tasks efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a Level 2 or higher capacity.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data checking and analysis.
- Curiosity and proactive attitude towards identifying and fixing issues.
- Ability to work remotely while being based near Franklin, TN for occasional on-site visits.
