What You'll Do
- Process and manage invoices and payments accurately and timely.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor relationships and handle inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Assist with month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes.
- Assist with audits and providing necessary documentation
- Managing and monitoring all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
