Your Role as a Cleaner and Facility Maintenance Technician

As a Cleaner and Facility Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and fun environment for all our dogs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing dog rooms using a high-pressure cleaning system
  • Disposing of pet waste and maintaining overall cleanliness of the facility
  • Perform regular deep cleaning tasks
  • Maintain the cleanliness of common areas including our lobby, breakroom, office, bathrooms, and feeding room
  • Stock snacks and drinks
  • Performing basic facility maintenance tasks to keep our premises in top condition
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
  • Assisting with maintaining the exterior of the facility, including light landscaping and snow removal
  • Assisting with other tasks as needed to ensure each pet receives proper care

This position offers flexible days/hours, typically 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift more than 50 pounds
  • Basic knowledge of facility maintenance
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
