Technician to join our team.
Job Description:
As an Auto Body Technician at Bill Pearce Collision Center you will play a crucial role in
restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. This position requires a combination
of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results. If you
are a skilled professional with a commitment to excellence in auto body repair, we want to hear

Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame
straightening.
Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage and provide accurate estimates for repair
costs.
Use various hand and power tools to repair and refinish vehicle surfaces.
Follow established repair procedures and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Collaborate with other team members, including painters and estimators, to ensure efficient
workflow.
Stay updated on industry trends, new repair techniques, and equipment to enhance skills and
knowledge.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental standards.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician with a focus on collision repair.
Proficiency in using auto body repair tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to interpret repair orders and work independently.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
I-CAR or ASE certification is a plus.
