Responsibilities

  • Prepare transfer documents for new and used vehicles
  • Type DMV bundles of transfers for submission to State Government
  • Maintain DMV log of submissions
  • Monitor DMV schedule monthly
  • Prepare a list each week of all outstanding new vehicles that cannot be transferred or licensed due to incomplete paperwork
  • Contact lending intuitions for release of title payoffs
  • Obtain and apply for Out of State titles and proof of registrations for Out of State vehicles
  • Coordinate documents with customer and sales staff on Exported and Out of State deliveries
  • Perform responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ year of professional experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Driven personality and able to be successful in an individual and team setting
  • Ability to meet deadlines
