Principal Duties Include:

  • Perform duties in accordance with all Safety Procedures, including those mandated by NFPA 70E.
  • Utilize electronic test equipment (including computers), schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and building equipment.
  • Communicate and document troubleshooting efforts and recommend solutions.
  • Apply Industrial Mechanics and Troubleshooting skills.

  • Electrical theory and application
  • Electronic (analog and digital) theory and application
  • Functional knowledge of PLCs and ladder logic
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
  • Proficiency in using measuring devices
  • Fabrication skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety rules for manufacturing plants, including electrical safety and LOTO
  • Ability to troubleshoot with minimal supervision
  • Operation and use of hand and power tools
  • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to clearly communicate via electronic media

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a multi-craft environment OR
  • 3+ years of high-tech maintenance-related military experience OR
  • Completed relevant program & 2 years of industrial maintenance experience OR
  • Associate's Degree in Electronics, General Technology, Robotics, or a related field.
  • General computer skills, PLC experience, and presentation skills are required.
  • Shift Pattern: Initially, you will likely start on the Night Shift (7pm-7am) but may transition to different shifts as you gain experience and seniority.
  • Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts with every other weekend off. You'll work only half of the calendar month (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off).
  • Pay:
    • Up to $7,500 SIGN-ON BONUS
    • Starting rate: $30.64 per hour, with an increase to $33.60 after 120 days. Potential earnings up to $37.79 per hour.
    • 4 hours of guaranteed overtime at 1.5x pay every other week.
    • Additional overtime opportunities at 1.5x pay.
