DeepSight Technology Inc. in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a talented full-time Medical Imaging Senior Software Engineer to join us 2-3 days per week at our San Francisco Bay area office

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or a computer science field
  • 5+ years of industry experience in medical imaging product development
  • Familiarity in ultrasound physics, signal and image processing, simulation, algorithm development, or tool development
  • Proficiency in programming in Python or C++
  • Passionate about medical devices, with excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in electrical/biomedical engineering with experience in ultrasound imaging
  • Experience in medical software development (FDA or MDR/MDD/IVDR/IVDD regulated)
  • Familiarity with common developer tool sets, including source control, continuous integration, and automated unit testing

BECOMING OUR MEDICAL IMAGING SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER:

As our Medical Imaging Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the charge in improving the quality, accuracy, and interpretation of ultrasound images. You'll collaborate with our talented team to optimize imaging pipeline settings, develop imaging processing tools in Python, and automate image quality testing for regression testing.
