As a Manager in Training, you will work with our Shift Supervisors and General Manager to oversee our team of CSRs, dispatchers, greeters, valets, and drivers. Fine is family-owned and operated, so as a Manager in Training you will be treated respectfully and given great autonomy. Managers in Training have a great path to expand their role and continue to grow in the parking industry.


This position is designated as a safety-sensitive position and is subject to random drug and alcohol screening.


Salary: $22-24.00 per hour (depending on experience)


Essential Job Functions:

  • Oversee shift with multiple employees and positions;
  • Make sure you have proper staffing for your shift and all employees are at work;
  • Responsible for making Fine Airport Parking run smoothly from shift to shift;
  • Oversee customer relations, amenity preparation, and scheduling;
  • Provide leadership on uniforms, attendance, communication, and safety;
  • Complete any tasks or duties the GM has delegated to you.

  • NetPark experience preferred;

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Prior experience in a team management role and customer service role is required; parking industry experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently;
  • Able to work long hours in all elements of the weather (wind, cold, heat, snow, rain, etc.);
  • Must be able to jog periodically and walk or stand for long periods;
  • Must be able to maneuver through the property quickly and efficiently utilizing stairs, elevators, or walking long distances.
