We are seeking someone to join our team that will share our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best experience possible for our clients. We have been serving the south west Pennsylvania area since 1986 and have two locations. One in Murrysville and one in Latrobe. This position may be filled at either location.


Our Ideal Candidates will have a strong ability to communicate thoroughly and effectively with our clients. You will be sales-driven, detail-oriented, customer focused and have a high level of integrity. You should also be adept at multi-tasking, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking individuals that are able to work effectively with a team of insurance professionals. Our agents have many years of experience in the industry and you will be offered training and guidance as needed.


You should have experience with Customer Service, Insurance Sales, Account Rounding and be familiar with representing a variety of insurance carriers and coverage options. You will represent some of the finest carriers in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Be excellent at relationship building
  • Develop quotes, make insurance presentations, close sales, and meet goals.
  • Treat each customer contact as an opportunity to educate and advise them while shopping for renewals.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Contacting prospects and scheduling appointments by following leads generated from referrals, networking, cold calling, and lead databases.
  • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

Requirements
  • Must currently possess or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty License. Licensing Assistance available (Will help the right person get licensed)
  • No insurance experience is required but must be willing to learn
  • Minimum 1 year of Sales Experience REQUIRED
  • Tech-savvy and Knowledge of Agency Management System
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, responsibilities, etc as needed
  • Team player with a positive and driven attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
