In order to continually provide our members with the highest level of service, we are seeking an experienced, results oriented and service focused individual to join our consumer lending team. This will be a hybrid position working partly at home and partly at our corporate headquarters in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Applicants must be able to commute to Basking Ridge, NJ.
The position will be responsible for performing routine and intermediate duties related to consumer loan direct and indirect accounts, processing and booking. Ensure all loan funding documentation is processed correctly, completely and in a timely manner. Perform loan processing functions including, but not limited to, data entry, filing, document preparation, auditing, and quality assurance. The successful candidate will obtain the necessary information from our member’s concerning their loan needs, process the applications and book the loans. Additionally, the position is responsible for cross selling credit union product and services with the ultimate objective of providing superior member service.
Requirements include knowledge of consumer loan funding and a minimum of 2 years related work experience. Qualified candidates must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills. Must possess excellent phone/customer service skills as well.
