Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scopes, requirements, and timelines, leveraging Microsoft development tools and methodologies. Break down complex tasks into manageable deliverables, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure services, and Visual Studio. Utilize this expertise to make informed technical decisions and ensure the team follows Microsoft's best practices.
  • Oversee code reviews to maintain high-quality code and adherence to Microsoft coding standards. Champion the use of automated testing and continuous integration practices using Microsoft tools to ensure software reliability.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing, open communication, and a culture of learning and growth, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set individual goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members. Identify and address any performance issues or skill gaps through coaching and development plans, with an emphasis on Microsoft skill development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies, tools, and best practices. Propose and implement innovative solutions using Microsoft technologies to enhance the software product's features and performance.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in the development process, devise mitigation strategies, and ensure the team remains on track to meet project deadlines, utilizing Microsoft project management tools.
Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in software development using Microsoft technologies, with at least 2 years of experience in a lead role.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft software design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure services, and Visual Studio.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers using Microsoft technologies to deliver high-quality software products on time.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, Microsoft project management tools, Microsoft Power Platform, and front-end UI frameworks like React, will be an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts related to Microsoft technologies to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Prior experience working in a software product company and familiarity with the product development lifecycle, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
